Hölle

2016 - Hölle Riesling
In the nose smoky with yellow plums, stone fruit like peach and apricots and lots of citrus flavors. On the palate creamy, with animating acidity, stone fruits, grapefruit and lemon peel. Finishes with great minerality and slightly salty.

Schlossberg

2016 - Schlossberg Riesling
Nice limestone minerality in the nose, slightly smoky, sweet stonefruits, dried elements, herbal notes. On the palate elegant acidity, good mouthfill, fresh stonefruit, slight pinapple, pear, apples, spicy minerality, very well balanced and smooth finish.

Probstey

2016 - Probstey Riesling
We opened the Probstey riesling 2016 which presents itself already quite ripe and full-bodied. In the nose a nice mix of smoky and spicy notes but also yellow stone fruits like nectarines, peach, but also slight elements of ripe pineapples, herbs. On the palate a fresh and gentle acidity appears followed by intense spices from the great minerality, smoky elements, slight honey. Creamy spices and herbs in the long finish.

2017 - Riesling
Great basic wine for the 2017 collection. In the nose great yellow fruit especially peach and yellow apples, citrus notes, some spices. On the palate very mineralic with a lively acidity, fresh and spicy. Finishes spicy, slightly salty even, with citrus and yellow fruit notes.

2017 - Riesling Kabinett
Beautiful fruity-fresh Kabi nose with great spices and herbs, sorrel, donut peach, wet stones. On the palate nice fresh fruitiness, very light and easy, very lively, nice minerality. Finishes spicy with grapefruit peel and ripe apples.
