1999 - Eitelsbacher Karthäuserhofberg Riesling Auslese Nr. 23
The nose is still young with great sweetness of exotic fruits like passion fruit, pineapple, also sweet orange and herbal elements. On the palate amazingly elegant sweetness, nice spicy slate minerality, herbal, honey, ripe pears and exotic fruits. Amazing youth for this age! 

1995 - Eitelsbacher Karthäuserhofberg Riesling Auslese Goldkapsel Versteigerungswein
The nose is filled with tobacco, floral elements, spicy red slate minerality, quite wild and powerful. On the palate the wildness continues, Kühling-Gillot calls it a diva which fits quite well. Very creamy, very long, full of power. 

1966 - Eitelsbacher Karthäuserhofberg Riesling Feine Auslese
Unbelievably fresh, straight acidity, beautiful aging with dried fruit and honey, dense and long. Can’t stop drinking old Rieslings.
