2014 - Stirn Riesling Spätlese (Ayler Kupp)
The nose is juicy and fresh, with lemon grass, citrus peel, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit, yellow apple. The palate starts juicy and fruity, followed by clear acidity, citrus fruit notes, and spicy slate minerality. Finishes mouthwatering with fresh grapefruit and lemon peel.

It comes with a perfect and powerful fruit nose with passion fruit, pineapple, ripe pear and green apples. Great minerality on the palate, spicy and fruity, fantastic acidity-fruit-play. Great Auslese!

Herbal, spicy, fruity and floral in the nose. Hardly a lot of wines compare to that. Really powerful nose, still elegant and fresh. Fruit notes are mainly apples, unripe pears and grapefruit. On the palate deep and long, mouth-watering acidity, beautiful spicy minerality. The perfect combination of freshness and complexity.
1999 - Ayler Kupp Riesling Auslese Fass 8
This #aylerkupp #auslese #1999 comes with a deep and complex nose of typical spicy Kupp minerality, honey, licorice, grapefruit peel, raisins, aniseed and pepper. On the palate fresh acidity, still very light and creamy, lots of grapefruit, berries and yellow fruits, beautiful honey, everlasting smooth finish with fine acidity, fruit notes and spices. A rare gift!

2016 - Unterstenberg Riesling Fass 12
So precise, so clean. In the nose slight slate minerality with a bit of limestone, white peach and pear, on the palate so creamy and juicy, the floral elements mix nicely with the minerality and a beautiful acidity. Can’t stop drinking this wine.
2015 - Unterstenberg Riesling Fass 12
After three years it seems to be in perfect harmony right now with a great notes of salty minerality, citrus and grapefruit notes, peach and plenty of herbs. On the palate super elegant, great crisp acidity, great fruit notes of mostly yellow stone fruits and a fantastic spicy minerality. Very concentrated, very smooth, very elegant. A brilliant Riesling!
